HB4847 HFA Graves and Capito 3-2

            Delegate Graves and Capito move to the amend the on page 6, section 5, following line 56 by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

            “(i) The amendments to this article made during the 2022 Regular Session shall be known as Brenda’s Law.”
